Your documents, signing records and backups are stored in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1). Our database, signing emails and application logs run there too.
Some services use trusted providers outside Ireland:
- Optional AI features run on Amazon Bedrock in AWS EU regions
- Our websites are delivered through global content delivery networks
- Card payments are processed by Stripe
- Optional identity checks and CRM integrations use their own providers
- Text messages pass through mobile networks
Our sub-processor list names each provider and where it processes data.
