Yearly plans
Get the whole year's sends up front: 480 on Starter, 1,200 on Growth and 3,000 on Business. Unused sends do not roll over to the next year.
Users
Paid plans include unlimited users, as long as everyone uses the same company email domain. Free email addresses, such as Gmail, get 1 user. Essentials has 1 user.

Pricing questions
What counts as a send?
One envelope sent for signature is one send, however many signers or documents it has. In a bulk send, each recipient is one send. Drafts, resends, reminders and countersigning do not count.
What happens on Essentials if I hit 5 sends?
Essentials has a hard cap of 5 sends a month. Move to Starter for more.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Upload a PDF, add signers and send. HubSpot, Salesforce and Clio connectors are optional. Plan availability being confirmed
Do prices include VAT?
